The Studio

Morice Kastoun.

Founder. Creative Director.

Twenty years of brand and packaging craft, leading every project. Morice&Co. is run as a senior studio, not an agency model. The work you brief is the work that ships, made by the person you spoke to in the first meeting.

Background

Trained for the brief. Built for the shelf.

Graduated from RMIT University with first-class honours in Communication Design. Lectured at RMIT, returning the craft to the next generation.

Spent the formative years inside some of the world's largest branding and packaging agencies, working on category leaders across grocery, supplements, beauty, pet, and home. Learned the discipline of designing for scale, for retailers, for production lines, for global rollout.

Now running Morice&Co. as an independent senior studio. Award-winning work, the same hands on every project, no junior delivery teams behind the curtain. Founder-led, founder-built, founder-shipped.

What I bring

Three things, on every project.

01

Senior hands, start to finish.

Every brief, every concept, every artwork file goes through me. No junior shadow team. The standard doesn't slip between pitch and production.

02

Manufacturing-aware design.

Two decades of shipping to print and to shelf means substrate, finish, regulatory, and production realities are designed in from the first line. Beautiful work that builds.

03

Retail-first instinct.

Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, Sephora, Priceline. I know what retailers want to see and what makes shoppers stop. That instinct cuts months out of the process.
